YOUNG MANAGER’S PROGRAM (YMP) Sebagai manajer muda, Anda dituntut untuk mampu menerjemahkan strategi perusahaan menjadi kegiatan operasional ( putting strategy into action ) yang diperlukan guna meningkatkan daya saing perusahaan. Tuntutan sebagai manajer muda b erbeda dengan tuntutan bagi para manajer puncak yang diharapkan untuk mampu membuat stra tegi korporasi dan membuat rencana korporasi. Kurikulum Young Manager’s Program dirancang sesuai kebutuhan para manajer muda, d i mana materi ajaran yang diberikan adalah topik - topik pilihan dari berbagai mata ajaran manajemen praktikal , di samping berbagai topik la in guna membantu Anda menjadi ma najer muda yang kompeten dan mempersiapkan Anda untuk jenjang karir yang lebih tinggi. Program ini disajikan dalam bentuk pembahasan konsep, simulasi, pembahasan kasus riil, diskusi kelas , bertukar pikiran dengan eksekutif muda/ pengusa ha muda yang telah sukses , dan juga penyusunan serta penyelesaian Project Assignment yang dibantu dengan One - on - One Coacing ( coaching tatap muka) . D i akhir program, p eserta juga akan mengikuti city bound (kegiatan di luar kelas) yang bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana kemampuan individu untuk beradaptasi, menganalis is konsep, bekerja sama , ber negosiasi, menjad i pemimpin, membangun tim dan mengambil keputusan. Pelaksanaan Program Program sepanjang 130 jam efektif dilaksanakan selama kurang lebih 6,5 minggu, kelas diadakan setiap 2 - 3X pada akhir minggu (Rabu – Jumat) mulai pukul 08.00 – 16.30 WIB .  Angkatan 36 ( 29 Maret – 19 Mei )  Angkatan 37 ( 2 6 September – 1 7 November) Keunggulan Program  Certificate of Achievemen t (sertifikat tanda kelulusan)  Penek anan pada mata ajaran aplikatif  Laporan hasil observasi dan Peta Bakat Individu Siapa Yang Perlu Ikut  Karyawan yang berpotensi untuk dipromosikan ke jenjang manajerial  Manajer muda dari perusahaan yang membutuhkan pengembangan kemampuan manajerial, namun perusahaannya belum memiliki program pengembangan manajemen berjenjang yang spesifik  Para profesional muda yang memiliki pengalaman terbatas di bidang manajemen (kurang lebih 1 - 2 tahun pengalaman kerja)  Para pemilik usaha yang masih muda ( Young & Established Business Owners ) yang ingin meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan di bidang manajemen.

2. The curriculum of Young Managers’ Program is designed in accordance with th e needs of the young managers. Topics discussed in this program will assist you to become a competent young manager and enable you to prepare for the next higher step in your career. Learning methods are varied namely discussion of concepts, simulation, real business case discussion, class discussion, exchange ideas with successful young executive s or young entrepreneur , and writing up a Project Assignment with the help of One - on - One C oaching . At the end of the program, the participants will also enjoy a C ity B ound activity (activit y outside the classroom) which aims to look at how the participant’s ability to adapt, analyze concepts, cooperate, negotiate, be a leader, build a team and make a decision. The Program This 13 0 - hours program is done approximately within 6. 5 weeks. The classes 2 – 3 times end of week (Thursday – Friday) are on starting at 08 . 0 0 – 16.30  Batch 36 ( March 29 th – May 19 th )  Batch 37 ( September 2 6 th – November 1 7 th ) The Edge of the Program  Certificate of achievement  Focus on the applied courses  Observation reports based on Citybound program and Individual Talent Mapping Who Should Attend  Potential Employees who will be promoted into managerial positions  Young Managers from companies who need to develop their managerial skills, yet the companies do not have spe c ific in - house m anagement development programs  Professionals with limited management experiences ( 1 - 2 years)  Young & Established Business Owners who need to enhance their knowledge and skills in management. Participants Requirement s  Bachelor - d egree ( S1 ) and is on the first level of line management  Academy ( D3 ) with a worki ng experience of 2 years minimum, or Bachelor - degree holder ( S1 ) without any working experience will be considered  Maximum age 35 years old  Must have a pas s port valid for at least 7 months ( o ptional)
